Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.
• Full refund or exchange available within 30 days of purchase
• Receipt preferred but not required – we can look up purchases with your rewards card
• Fresh items can be returned at any time if you’re not satisfied
• Defective products can be exchanged or refunded regardless of purchase date
• Gift cards are not refundable but can be used for future purchases
Price Match Guarantee
We want to ensure you get the best value. If you find a lower price on an identical item at a local competitor, we’ll match it!
• Must be the same brand, size, and variety
• Competitor must be a local physical store
• Proof of competitor’s price required (ad, receipt, or verified online listing)
• Price match available at time of purchase or within 7 days with receipt
• Some exclusions apply (clearance items, promotional bundles, membership pricing)
Rain Check Policy
If an advertised sale item is out of stock, we’ll give you a rain check so you can purchase it at the sale price when it’s back in stock.
• Available for any advertised sale item
• Rain checks valid for 90 days
• Limited to reasonable quantities for household use
• Ask any team member at Customer Service for a rain check
Check Policy
We accept personal checks with proper identification.
• Valid photo ID required
• Check must match ID name
• Checks verified through electronic system
• Returned check fee: $35
Coupon Policy
We accept manufacturer coupons and regularly offer digital coupons through our rewards program.
• Manufacturer coupons must be valid and not expired
• One manufacturer coupon per item
•Digital coupons can be combined with manufacturer coupons
• Coupons cannot exceed item value
• We do not accept photocopied or altered coupons
• Store coupons have separate terms listed on each coupon
Age-Restricted Items
We strictly enforce age verification for the sale of restricted products.
• Valid photo ID required for alcohol, tobacco, and certain medications
• We ID anyone who appears under 40 years old
•All members of a party must be of legal age for alcohol purchases
• We reserve the right to refuse any sale
